Ma Phyu is a 100% Arabica single-species coffee from a farm in the Pyin Oo Lwin area, located 70 km east of Mandalay. Coffee is characterized by a balanced taste with a small amount of bitterness and a sweet fruit flavour. We roast this coffee in two tones, for espresso and for the filter.
